Samuel "Wonka" DiFrancesco
November 4, 1959 - November 8, 2010

Samuel A. DiFrancesco, age 51, entered into rest Monday November 8, 2010 at his home. He lived in LaGrange for 10 years coming from North Ridgeville. He was a Lorain County Sheriff's Deputy serving on its swat team and drug task force units, as well as being a firearms instructor. Mr Di Francesco was an avid Browns fan, enjoyed hunting, riding his motorcycle and was a member of the Lorain Warthogs Club.
He is survived by his mother Margaret (nee Yanikov) Di Francesco, sister Toni (Roger) Burch, brother Lenard (Jeanne) Di Francesco, son Dominic J. Di Francesco, daughter Jayme (John) Silveria, step-son Shawn Schmittgen, grandchildren Sophia and Sebastian and nephews Brian (Shelley), Nick, Joe, and Tim.

He was preceded in death by his father Domenic Di Francesco, paternal grandparents Sam and Elizabeth Di Francesco, and maternal grandparents John and Mari Yanikov.
Friends will be received on Thursday November 11, 2010 from 1-8 PM at the MISENCIK FUNERAL HOME 36363 Detroit Rd. Avon, where closing prayers will be at 9:15 AM Friday followed by 10:00 AM Mass at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception, Avon. Interment St. Mary Cemetery.
